Description
Spider Solitaire is a popular and challenging solitaire card game played with two decks of 52 cards. The objective of the game is to arrange all the cards in descending order within each suit to ultimately build eight foundation piles from King to Ace.
How to Play Spider Solitaire for Free Online
- The cards are initially dealt into 10 tableau piles with the first four piles containing six cards each, and the remaining six piles containing five cards each. The top card in each tableau pile is turned face-up.
- The goal is to build eight foundation piles, one for each suit (hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades), in descending order from King to Ace.
- You can move cards between tableau piles following these rules:
– You can move a sequential stack of cards, regardless of suit, if they are in descending order.
– You can also move a King, either alone or with its stack, to an empty tableau column.
- As you move cards, any face-down cards become face-up and available for play. Empty tableau columns can be filled with any card or sequential stack of cards.
- The remaining cards not dealt into the tableau piles form the stock pile. You can deal one card at a time from the stock pile to the waste pile. However, there are restrictions on when you can deal more cards.
- The game is won when all eight foundation piles are completed with cards starting from King and going down to Ace for each suit.
